Getting Started with Reward Categories

When you create or edit a Reward, you can optionally add it to one or more existing Reward Categories. Reward Categories allow you to collect Rewards together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Rewards within a certain Category or Categories.

You can also search for Rewards on the Rewards screen based on their inclusion in a Category.

Access

The Reward Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Reward Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Reward Categories screen, select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Reward Categories from the side navigation menu.
